Collapsible Outlines:
Select the text that
is at the highest level of the list.
Right-click, and then
click List Properties
on the shortcut menu.
Select the
Enable collapsible
outlines check box on the tab that is displayed. If this
option is not displayed, you have not selected all the items
in the list or level.
If you want the list
to be collapsed when the page is first opened in a Web browser,
select the Initially
collapsed check box.
